We want you to be confident in your decision to enrol with The NGO Leadership Academy. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for paid courses.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in a paid course, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. This allows you to properly evaluate whether a course meets your needs.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The refund request is made after the eligibility window described in Section 1
• You have completed a substantial portion of the course content, as described above
• The course was obtained free of charge, through a coupon covering the full price, or as part of a bundle or promotional offer explicitly marked non-refundable
• A certificate of completion has already been issued for the course

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at admin@ngoportal.africa with your account email and the name of the course. We will review your request against the eligibility criteria above and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Instructor-Led and Cohort-Based Courses

Courses with a fixed start date or live cohort component may have different refund windows, which will be clearly stated on that course's page prior to enrolment.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
